Do I have to complete a Meet & Greet?

Yes. All new clients must complete a Meet & Greet before services begin. This allows us to review care instructions, confirm home access, and ensure your pets are comfortable.

Will the same person visit my pet?

We will always try to have your visits completed by your preferred Free to Roam specialist! However, if needed, services may be performed by a qualified Free to Roam team member operating under company standards, insurance, and supervision. Our structured reporting ensures consistency across visits.

What if my pet needs medication?

Medication administration is included as directed. Clear written instructions must be provided in your client profile

What time will you arrive?

Visits are completed within a structured two-hour arrival window. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed to allow safe routing and priority for medication-dependent pets.

What happens in an emergency?

If a medical emergency occurs and you are unreachable, we may transport your pet for veterinary care. Clients are responsible for veterinary costs.

Do you offer weekly scoop service?

No. Free to Roam specializes in project-based and seasonal cleanups

What is a Spring Reset?

A Spring Reset is a full seasonal yard cleanup that removes visible pet waste and prepares your yard for regular use.

What qualifies as heavy accumulation?

Heavy accumulation may apply when buildup significantly increases service time due to prolonged accumulation or multiple dogs.

What if my yard has snow?

We do not excavate frozen waste or provide snow removal . Service may be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions.

Do dogs need to be secured during cleanup?

Yes. For safety, dogs must be secured indoors or in a separate area during service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard visits canceled within 48 hours may be charged one visit. Holiday cancellations may incur higher fees depending on notice period.

Do you charge holiday rates?

Yes. Holiday visits include a $5 surcharge per visit.

How do I get started?

Create your client account through our portal. After registration, we will contact you to schedule your Meet & Greet.
